In this role, you will be responsible for building strong internal and external relationships and creating a network to increase the pipeline of talent for current and future roles. Specifically, you will perform full life-cycle recruitment to recruit top technical and business operations talent for GEICO’s corporate offices. The ideal candidate will look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, careers sites, professional networking and other innovative sourcing techniques and tools to recruit the best talent; have a passion for and be uniquely skilled in finding that “purple squirrel”; and prides his/herself in providing a best-in-class experience for candidates and the hiring teams.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and enact solutions.Research and analyze recruiting market trends to improve sourcing and employer brand.Offer a high-touch and differentiated candidate experience.Skillfully manage a req load of active candidate searches.Employ diverse and varying creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive executive talent.Partner with hiring managers to craft and communicate a compelling and unique employment value proposition.Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing GEICO’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruitment process, and negotiating job offers.Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of direct full-life cycle recruitment experience.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience.Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages.Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation.LinkedIn Recruiter experience.Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience.Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of related professional experience performing full-life cycle recruitment.Corporate recruiting experience in a large & complex organization.Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate TA setting.Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience.Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent.An effective communicator who can promote a culture of trust, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Project and process management skills; highly organized & detail-oriented.Benefits:
