As a Front End Angular Developer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a Front End Angular Developer joining our team to support EPA's ENERGY STAR program. EPA’s ENERGY STAR program delivers cost-saving energy efficiency solutions that protect climate, improve air quality, and protect public health. To help deliver that information to the public, you will be performing front-end development on a system called Portfolio Manager that tracks building energy efficiency. The system is multi-national, multi-lingual to the US, Canada and possibly other countries. Initiatives include enhancements such as re-writing the user interface and O&M tasks.HOW A Front End Angular DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Matrixed across multiple development teams in a fast moving environment communicating with Backend Developers, UX designers, Customers, Project Managers, Requirements Analysts, Testers, and other team members.Primarily responsible for the front-end development of pages and partnering with backend development to ensure that the front and back-ends work together as expected.Develop code from sitemaps, wireframes, storyboards, and HTML prototypes.Provide leadership/guidance on CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and usability topics including responsive design strategies as necessary.Work on user functionality enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization efforts.Participate in agile team activities such as daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review, and sprint planning.Work at an extreme level of collaboration. Must be willing to work in a common virtual team workspace setting during the day.What You’ll Need To Succeed:Education: B.S.
