Responsible for performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk while executing existing operational processes and project management. Your ability to work with complex data sets using multiple software applications, creative problem solving, teamwork, operational excellence, experience in project management, and technical skills will help you excel at this position.Responsibilities:

Prepare internal and external data sets, reports, and benchmark data using a range of available sourcesUse data to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational riskProject planning, evaluating project performance while meeting project deadlinesReduce overall risk for the product by recognizing areas of exposure and recommending and implementing controls to mitigate themDefine and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Triage, analyze, and resolve service issues and service recoveriesAlign with squads and production support functions to drive root cause analysis and mitigate issuesCollaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problemsWhat are we looking for?

3+ years’ experience utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel – specifically VLOOKUPs & pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word)3+ years’ experience in Project & Process management3+ years’ experience in financial services preferable in project management, client services, relationship management, or operations.Preferences:

SQL, Oracle, Tableau experience preferredStrong project management skills with the ability to take ownership of a business issue and lead discussions with urgencyDemonstrated knowledge of the wealth management industry and RIA products and servicesAbility to effectively analyze situations, applying solutions to achieve resolutionAbility to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholdersExperience with CRM, workflow, and data visualization systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, G-Suite/Smart-SheetStrong communication skills and proven ability to discuss and present ideas to influence decision makingExpertise with enforcing and documenting existing processes, along with identifying new ones to improve efficiencyFlexibility to manage multiple projects and reprioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience building visualizations to drive strategic business decision making.Core Competencies:

$81,520-$122,280/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
