LPL’s Admin Solutions is seeking a Sr Data Analytics Specialist whose primary role is to provide support to Admin Solutions on complex issues and project-related requests to enhance the service experience for financial advisors utilizing the Admin Solutions support model. Subject matter expertise on SmartSheets; maintain and monitor effectiveness of SmartSheets utilized by multiple users across the business unitAssist in managing and reporting on Operations and Onboarding SLAsResearch complex situations and analyze service solutionsCreate trend reporting to ensure the Admin Solutions platform is operating as intended and identify variances immediately to address any issuesDemonstrate analytical thinking and creativity by continually examining and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Admin Solutions platformCommunicate with internal departments to ensure we meet our clients’ expectations for timely service deliveryRequirements:

5+ years operational and/or analytics experienceExperience using SmartSheetsPrevious, advanced experience with Excel (examples…pivot tables, VLookUp, etc.)Preferences:

Positive, customer-focused attitude and demeanor with a desire to provide outstanding serviceTableau experience (particularly with data visualization and report development) is strongly preferredProblem-solving skills & attributes; accurate with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects and deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationshipsAbility to work independently to drive program forward with minimal oversightAbility to work with and communicate effectively to various levels throughout the organization through regular interaction with Senior and Executive Management across LPLPay Range:

$64,080-$96,120/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
