The Vice President, Finance will play a key leadership role on the FP&A team supporting the Finance and Risk & Compliance divisions. As a trusted business partner, you will be responsible for driving and creating analyses, management reporting, robust forecasts, and ultimately making recommendations that help business and finance executives make informed decisions. The team is integrally involved in strategic investment analysis, including supporting growth initiatives and business case analysis. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a combination of strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for FP&A to the Finance and Risk & Compliance divisions; develop strong relationships with senior business leadersIn partnership with business areas, review operating expense results, identify key variance explanations, and drive associated action items to maintain financial disciplineLead improvement of the forecasting and budgeting processes, including assessment of strategic investments from both a big picture and detailed lensDrive the enhancement of financial related models to ensure they are both accurate and periodically updated to reflect changing business dynamicsEffectively interact and communicate with all levels of business leadership, including the CFO & Head of Business OperationsBuild a high performing team; coach and develop team members on finance, technical, and general business skillsDrive continuous improvement in financial related processes to find efficiencies, leveraging technology where possibleOversee the delivery of accurate and effective executive-level financial presentationsWhat are we looking for?

BA / BS in Finance, Economics, or a related disciplineMinimum of 15 years’ experience working in progressively dynamic roles within Finance, FP&A, or StrategyMinimum of 5 years of management experienceFinancial Services industry experienceCore Competencies:

Excellent communication (verbal & written), problem solving, and analytical skillsDetail oriented with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysisReliable self-starter, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the organizationStrong financial and business acumen with the ability to take complex factors and create relevant, concise summaries to support finance and business unit decisionsExperience building, managing, and motivating a teamFlexible and adaptable to change; ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentClient centric and commitment to identifying opportunities to continually improve the underlying processes & resulting outputPreferences:

$123,800-$185,700/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
