Review file documents to prepare and draft code compliant discovery responses for state court matters.Review discovery responses, prepare summaries, prepare meet and confer letters.Review and respond to meet and confer letters, draft supplemental responses.Review and finalize complaints for state court matters.Prepare and respond to motions to compel discovery responses.Prepare oppositions to motions to vacate judgment, motions to quash, etc.Prepare and draft various motions and oppositions, including motions to strike, motions for judgment on the pleadings, summary judgment motions, etc.Prepare trial documents including Statement of Compliance, witness and exhibit lists, assembling trial notebooks.Handle all aspects of trial.Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies
Trial experience in state court.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.Detail oriented and strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple cases at the same time and ability to prioritize effectively.Industry And Work Experience
At least 5 years of civil litigation experience in state court.Academic
BA/BS, JD, and California Bar License (Required).Benefits Available To Employees
