The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for utilizing proven recruiting strategies to identify, interview, and recruit the best financing and sales professionals in the various markets Balboa Capital, a division of Ameris Bank serves.Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
Uses sourcing and recruiting strategies to help locate talent in the financing space and other employees in the company as necessary.Works closely with all departments to ensure recruitment needs are met.Uses stringent selection and screening criteria when interviewing candidates.Builds strong relationships with the management team to determine hiring goals and needs.Provides ideas and strategies for improved recruiting goals.Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies
Ability to demonstrate past success hiring high volume and/or quickly ramping new teams in a short period of time, preferably inside sales.Experience partnering with and supporting hiring managers through full cycle hiring process.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.A self-directed, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized mindset.Industry And Work Experience
1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably with high volume positions.Past sales experience preferred.Academic
