Minimum Requirements

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service.Manage and maintain a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.Provide clients with comprehensive insurance reviews and risk assessments.Benefits
