In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide clinical services to service members diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and substance use disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity for exposure to service members in their home environment, providing a more authentic and robust therapeutic experience compared to traditional clinical settings.
Requirements:
Graduate-level licensure in Maryland to provide mental health services (e.g., LGPC, LGSW, LGMFT, LGDAC, etc.)
Supervision is provided in-house for graduate-level candidates
Position Details:
Competitive starting salary of $64,889
Flexible 40-hour workweek
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and social casework for residents
Collaborate with the treatment team to diagnose, formulate treatment plans, and evaluate progress
Provide social work treatment in alignment with medical treatment plans
Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and assessments
Ensure regulatory and billing compliance for all services delivered
Assist clients with medication monitoring, meal planning, and Activities of Daily Living
