As a member of the Portfolio Analytics Group, the principal job function of the Senior Portfolio Data Analyst is to assist in data capture and review of data regarding primary and secondary investments.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
Consummate teammate
Possesses effective communication skills
Ability to build connections within and across teams
Exhibits excellent multitasking abilities and situational adaptability
Takes initiative to find opportunities and mitigate risk
What you will do:
Accountable for daily task completion within task management tool
Provide data entry coverage to ensure deadlines are met
Track and/or review capital calls, distributions and confidential underlying company data including IPOs, M&A and company metrics
Foster an inclusive environment and may start building partnerships across departments and geographies
Prepare information for internal and external requests, as needed
Support the onboarding and training of new hires
Maintain accurate information across systems
And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
Operates with an outstanding level of attention to detail and willingness to proactively solution risks in data quality
Capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
Has passion for the mission of the company and its diverse, equitable and inclusive culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Punctuality in meeting deadlines
Familiarity with financial documents and concepts
Excellent organizational ability
Education Preferred:
Bachelor Degree
Experience:
2-4 Years of experience
