The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Growth Executive (Business Development Representative)
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Tempe, AZ.
Details for the position are as follows:
Pay is $35-41/hr1 year initial assignment, ability to extend or convert based on need and performance.Hybrid role expected work hours 9 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. In-office attendance of 1-2 days per week.Persuasively sell the value of licensing our high-performing brands to merchants.Develop and refine sales pitches to expedite the sales cycle and secure new deals efficiently.Provide valuable on-the-ground insights to cross-functional teams for collaborative problem-solving.Foster clear and strategic communication with prospects and internal stakeholders.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR/Outside sales representative.B2B sales experience is a plus.Previous experience in sales roles, demonstrating proficiency in pitching and closing deals.A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goal achievement and team success.Comfort and adeptness in customer-facing roles, both verbal and written communication.Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a knack for clarity and persuasion.Proficiency in Google Sheets and an inclination towards improving setups.Ownership mentality with a passion for continuous learning and refining sales skills.Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple deadlines effectively.If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached or contact me at 813-319-4255.#J-18808-Ljbffr
