As part of Guidehouse’s Experience Transformation practice, Digital Solutions, Senior consultants are instrumental cross-functional members of digital solutions / SDLC implementations. They bring to the table possible expertise in SDLC as a business analyst gathering and documenting requirements, ability to analyze complex problems and/or data sets to find innovative solutions, communications, as well as in project / product / program management. Depending on the specific project and client need, Senior Consultants may be tasked to work in a diverse set of focus areas and roles, including requirements management for SDLC projects, change management, process improvement, communications management, and/or project/product management.Our work at Guidehouse is as advisors and consultants to our clients. While we actively design, build, and implement innovative digital solutions for clients, our core focus is that of providing value through our collective expertise and ability to communicate this value through core consulting skills.Responsibilities

Support Digital Solutions Workstreams (50%)Offer functional and in-depth analysis in support of project scope and objectivesUtilize problem solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for additional client value through process improvements, streamlining, and project managementIdentify opportunities for future account growth through gap analyses and client relationshipsPerform hands-on reviews to ensure quality client deliverablesWork with client and internal Guidehouse teams to elicit and define clear solution requirementsCoordinate with teams to develop work products from start to finish based on client requirementsSupport Client Engagement & Consulting Activities (30%)Provide consultative input and guidance by learning about client specific subject matter and applying it to workParticipate in requirements elicitation and elaboration, providing a management and solutions strategy point of view and recommendationsSupport developing product vision, capabilities and priorities, and roadmapSupport synthesizing input from business, user research, technical solutions to refine product and integrated roadmapsDevelop impactful digital products that support client business needsDevelop trusted relationships with clientsDevelop communications for internal and external client stakeholdersProvide weekly status updates on project progress to project manager and/or clientSupport team and firm growth (20%)Support business development activities, including creating marketing collateral, writing, and reviewing proposals, and participating in sales meetings as subject matter experts (SME)Write thought leadership, including white papers and research briefs on a variety of topicsSolutions-forward mindset by associating innovative solutions with identified risks, challenges, and opportunitiesBuild individual network (internal + external) and increase opportunities to grow business by bringing firm capabilities to forefrontExemplify Professionalism & TeamworkUnderstand firm capabilities and solutionsLead with quality, including creating high quality work products and deliverablesProvide constructive feedback to team membersWhat You Will Need

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the United States government5-7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree)Willingness to step into unfamiliar situations with a mindset to learn and gain experienceDemonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasksProfessional Skills: Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and unstructured situations, and strong communication skillsWorking on projects in a large organization in either public or private sectors, with experience in Agile / SAFe, project management, client-facing roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and ProjectExcellent facilitation and communication skillsAbility to write requirements and user stories using industry best practicesAbility to develop strong team and client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)Ability to travel up to 25%, if required as part of client engagementThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as describedSelected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard HoursUS Citizenship or permanent resident statusWhat Would Be Nice To Have

US CitizenshipActive Security ClearanceUndergraduate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Experience with SDLC and Agile Methodologies; Agile, Scrum or comparable certification.Experience with Jira, AzureDevOps (ADO), or other equivalentsExperience in Management / Technology ConsultingCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe, Lean Six SigmaThe annual salary range for this position is $67,400.00-$134,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer
