Recall.ai United StatesDate Posted: 01 Aug, 2023Work Location: San Francisco, United StatesSalary Offered: $130000 — $150000 yearlyJob Type: Full TimeExperience Required: 3+ yearsRemote Work: YesStock Options: NoVacancies: 1 availableWe're looking for a designer sales teammate who can not only help us shape our sales growth and team culture, but also shape the company itself.Responsibilities:Manage prospects from lead generation to onboarding, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and successful deal closures.Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, as most of our prospects expand into bigger contracts.Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota monthly.Run and implement a 14 to 21 day pilot program.Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant selling experience, bonus if you have sold to technical buyers (Head of Eng/ Product / CTO).Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.Previous outbound prospecting experience.Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.Comfortable selling to and navigating through multiple decision-makers in an organization.Who you are:Someone that can lead the full sales cycle - this is not a role that is supported by an SDR.Self-starter who finds comfort and excitement in helping build a company.Passionate about being a founding startup member.What we offer:Competitive cash compensation: OTE $130k - $150k with uncapped commission + equity package.Computer and workspace enhancements.Unlimited vacation.Quarterly company off-sites with the team to explore exciting destinations around the world.Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in building out Recall.Why you should join:This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and help build out the sales motion and eventually the sales team.
