Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Manager at Nordstrom, you are a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs and delivering key features, functionality, and programs for Nordstrom. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, Product Managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.This role will focus on driving Nordstrom Cardholder acquisition through digital experiences, including but not limited to: simplification of the credit card application, compelling offer placement, landing page optimization, and more. You will be responsible for understanding market trends in the retail credit landscape, testing digital offers and placements, supporting email and drip campaigns to drive acquisition and pairing closely with credit business to drive high levels of customers through the application funnel.A day in the life…Define, measure, and monitor key KPI’s for product specific featuresDrive root cause analysis on KPI performanceEvaluate competitor experiencesPrioritize feature opportunities and develop annual backlogPartner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature designWork with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintainedDevelop a/b testing plan with analytics where appropriateYou own this if you have…5+ years of product management experience, primarily with customer-facing applications/experiences/UIs, with technology, banking, financial services or ecommerce company preferredMust have credit industry experienceExperience with retail loyalty programs is a plusExperience supporting customer support application experiences is a plusBachelors’ degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline is requiredAbility to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunitiesTechnical background and understanding of software development principles, including a/b testingExperience pairing closely with UX to understand customer journeys, happy paths, unhappy paths and creating end to end, loyalty driving experiencesAbility to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User ExperienceStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsWe’ve got you covered…Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. California: $114,000 - $201,500 Annually, Colorado: $114,000 - $176,500 Annually, Washington: $114,000 - $201,500 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
