Job Description

Nordstrom’s product and item platform is central to almost everything we do – how we ingest, manage and communicate core item data and content which bring our offerings to life for our customers. In this role you will be responsible for defining and delivering our product platform systems, and support users for this key area.

The Product Manager 2 is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs and delivering key features, functionality and programs for Nordstrom. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

A day in the life…

Work with manager to develop the following;

Measure and monitor key KPI performance for product epics and featuresDevelop improvement plans for key KPI degradationLeverage internal KPI’s to identify feature opportunitiesPrioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlogPartner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature designWork with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintainedDevelop a/b testing plan with analyticsYou own this if you have…

4+ years of product management or equivalent experience with technology or ecommerce company preferredBachelors’ degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline is preferredBasic ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunitiesBasic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including a/b testingAbility to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User ExperienceStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsWe’ve got you covered…

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $103,000 - $188,500 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
