Dynamic transformation project.Fit Gap Analysis Current to Future End to End.Back office function End to end sales office process preferred.2 to 4 years of PM or BA experience. Jira preferred.Requirements
3-5+ years of Product Management experience.Experience with an end-to-end selling motion, ideally with knowledge of CRM, quoting/contracting, or back-office (deal desk, order management, and provisioning processes) desirable.Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps and achieving agreement with senior leadership.Proficient with using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to activate operational scale, innovation, and high-quality business outcomes on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate successfully with individual contributors, management, and executives.Strong soft skills with a distinctive ability to empower, motivate and influence others without authority or a direct reporting relationship.Bachelor's degree required.
