This includes managing the complete product lifecycle and guaranteeing both financial success and client satisfaction. You'll be at the forefront of a significant transformation aimed at helping customers manage their applications for both performance and cost. Your leadership will be pivotal in aiding clients in their journey to continuous resource optimization. This requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and different business units.Work locations:Lowell, MA, Poughkeepsie, NY & San Jose, CARequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseA minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably focusing on software developmentA customer-centric focus on how to deliver business value with a keen understanding of the IT enterprise ecosystem3 years of experience working with on-premise virtualization (Hypervisors, Storage, Network)Proven ability to work with sales and sales engineering teams.Proven ability to work with development teams in large scale scrum environmentsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise10+ years of product management experience managing enterprise IT products (infrastructure, monitoring, management, maintenance etc)Proven ability to work with large enterprise customers and executives.Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success.Proven experience driving large product growth on a hypervisor platform or product such as VMWare VsphereKeen understanding of enterprise best practices of hypervisor managementLocation StatementIBM offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits program.
