We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI engineer to help drive our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI and machine learning with a proven track record of driving innovation and efficiency in a tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Be the pioneer of AI initiatives and projects (especially generative AI) across the company, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Explore, build prototypes, and lead the effort to productionize AI, both internal and external.Provide expert guidance and mentorship to different functions of the company regarding AI development and adoption. Share best engineering practices of AI across the engineering organization, be the "go to" person for AI algorithms and implementation.Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and foundational models, and integrate these advancements into our projects.Drive innovation in AI applications to enhance R&D efficiency and organizational productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including Seattle, New York, LA, Chicago, Moldova, and China, to align AI strategies with business objectives.Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in AI and machine learning in a production environment, preferably with a focus on LLMs, generative AI, and foundational models. Familiar with MLOps/AIOps, hands-on and strong level experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Keras, Pytorch, Tensorflow.A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related discipline, preferably a Master's or Doctorate degree.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:
