B2B Software Sales Expert:

Sold 5-6 figure ACV B2B software contracts and understand the teamwork, process management, and communication required to succeed.Thought Leader:

Act as a key player in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales strategy.Customer Focused:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the PermitFlow software.Team Player:

Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Operations Team to introduce PermitFlow to potential clients in the construction industry. Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the market, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition.What You’ll Do:

Managing PermitFlow pilot process & transitioning new accounts from pilots to long term customers.Delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations and business proposals.Working in partnership with our Operations team to ensure pilot customers are realizing the value of PermitFlow.Effectively building strategic action plans & proof of concept programs bespoke to each account.Engaging with product and operations leadership to provide user feedback and inform the product roadmap.Fostering relationships with executive leadership & key stakeholders.Collaborating within broader sales organization.Qualifications & Fit:

3 years of experience within the early stage tech startup space.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively.Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships.A deep understanding of the construction industry and the permitting process would be advantageous.Benefits
