Responsibilities:Practice commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and employment lawTake and defend depositionsDraft and argue dispositive motionsAttend hearings, mediations, and trialsPerform legal research and provide analysis of case lawPrepare pleadings and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counselProvide exemplary legal counsel to clients
Qualifications:Must be a licensed member of the Florida BarMust have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and/or employment lawStrong academic credentialsExcellent research and writing skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
