Responsibilities:
Practice commercial litigation, employment law, and community association lawTake and defend depositionsDraft and argue dispositive motionsAttend hearings, mediations, and trialsPerform legal research and provide analysis of case lawPrepare pleadings and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counselProvide exemplary legal counsel to clients
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar1-5 years of litigation experience preferredStrong academic credentialsExcellent research and writing skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
