Responsibilities:Take and defend depositionsDraft and argue dispositive motionsAttend hearings, mediations, and trialsPerform legal research and provide analysis of case lawPrepare pleadings and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counselProvide exemplary legal counsel to clients
Qualifications:Must be a licensed member of the Florida BarExcellent verbal and written communications skillsHave 3-5 years of medical malpractice experience
