Inclusively is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Digital Data & Intelligence Business Analyst. Applicants with one or more of these conditions are encouraged to apply; Inclusively does not require applicants to disclose their specific disability.As a Sr. Manager, Digital Data & Intelligence Business Analyst, you will be a critical squad member responsible for working with and supporting the FCFE CPO to conduct research to inform near and next state missions and partner with our FCFE thought leadership research team on identifying/iterating data analytics and reporting needs to help the center meet our research learning and experimental deliverables. You will also write epics and user stories that translate business needs into functional requirements and validate via user testing development phases.At FCFE, we harness the collective intelligence and passion lead by our thought leaders and domain experts and have a unique, entrepreneurial start-up culture within our company. It is best suited for individuals that thrive in a fast pace, continuous learning environment and can adapt quickly to change and ambiguity, while seeing the bigger vision and next state mission.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in a data analytics or technical field, or equivalent experience.5 to 9 years of experience in business analysis or data/development-related roles.Experience working in financial services, financial technology, or adjacent industries.Ability to translate detailed requirements into technical requirements that ensure all parties share a common vision of the project’s scope and functionality.Experience working in startups and/or innovation labs within large companies.Experience working with data and intelligence developers to build and implement innovative products and solutions.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, chain of thought prompting a plus.Research skills to uncover and investigate unmet needs and help team craft meaningful and usable solutions.Experience in reverse engineering and understanding existing technology solutions.You have a great attitude, love being part of a creative culture, and thrive on being an effective contributor.Proficient in agile practices (backlog management, story writing, story mapping, visual planning, use of personas, outcome-based planning, etc.).The Value You DeliverStrong inclination to understand FCFE, our approach and mission.Collaborative approach to working in an agile framework while also understanding the center’s deliberate design processes/framework.Natural curiosity for keeping a pulse on emerging financial services, financial planning tools, adjacent spaces, intelligence technology, user experiences, and social trends.Assessing and researching current uses of existing technologies across the enterprise AND in the marketplace to determine the potential options to consider for business decisioning.Driving and supporting key aspects of the strategy and product development life cycle including research, business requirements, and crafting and implementing end-to-end digital experiences.Delivery focused with strong dedication to quality and ability to take full ownership.
