and growing rapidly:30%+ month on month revenue growthRecurring annual contracts with companies like Stripe, Shopify, Flipkart, Tinder, Accenture and Flexport1,400+ learners from over 700 companies globallyRecently part of the Y Combinator W22 batch and backed by leading investors including Felicis Ventures, Y Combinator, Uncommon Capital and leading angel investors.What you’ll do at Sphere:Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling Sphere enterprise packages to functional team leads / L&D departmentsOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and manage a list of mid-market to enterprise accountsEstablish monitoring systems on Hubspot (primary CRM) to track $ spend and employees being sent to Sphere courses by individual companiesOptimize our customer success strategy for current enterprise clients (refine our economic ROI framework and expand average contract size)Work closely with senior management, implementation, engineering, and product teams to scope and construct new business proposalsProvide ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams on market dynamics, customer requirements, and new opportunitiesWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Sales experience at an early stage startupStrong analytical focus, basing decisions in dataExcellent time management and organizational skillsA self-directed, creative and curious nature.
