Job Description

Own P&L responsibilities of a portfolio of 1-2 strategic accounts within the Semiconductor industryThe ability to develop profitable business from our managed accounts, has overall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally.Understands the key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifies client culture and decision-making process, and balances professional manner to suit client requirementsWorks cross collaboratively with our solutions teams to develop a pipeline of new opportunities in addition to extensions and expansions of existing contractsWorks across all of Capgemini’s business lines and across all of the client’s functional areas, to bring the full suite of Capgemini offerings to the client and continually increase value to the clientProvide escalation point for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines within Capgemini to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectationsEnsure that Capgemini is positioned effectively within client at board and senior management level and is well represented for potential major new projects or bidsResponsible for maintaining strong customer satisfactionKey Qualifications

5 years of experience serving clients in the Semiconductor Industry, preferably with clients >$5b in sizeMinimum of 10 years’ experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services providerComprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spendA well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationshipsRecent experience selling consulting services engagementsQualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basisExperience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executivesHistory of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in application lifecycle services, mobility, cloud, testing solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skillsAbility to work in a global organizational and service delivery environmentDemonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectorsAbility to work in a fast paced, competitive sales cultureAbility to travel extensively as requiredHigh level of personal and professional integrityExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management skillsLife at Capgemini

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $149,100 to $299,980. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
