We offer a range of sizes (up to 3X in many styles) so that everyone can wear Beyond Yoga.
About The JobIn depth knowledge of all facets of concept, design, product development, and current best practices.Ability to apply trend forecast and influence product POV during development process using both market information and Brand Filters.Ensure the successful implementation of merchandising strategies.Lead strategic development of all product design including color & creative concept, and CAD designs.Lead Design Directors and Senior designers on prioritization of current and seasonal initiatives.Initiate and manage the calendar and collaborate with Production and Sales on milestone meeting dates.Work with Sales on analyzing prior season’s adoption rates and create strategic seasonal merchandising plans.Present CAD lines and seasonal sales sample lines to key stakeholders.Work closely with Product Development teams on co-managing the sample process.Partner with sourcing team with sample tracking, proto reviews, achieve margins and agree on product changes.Review garment fit from design aesthetic perspective and work closely with technical designers.Providing marketing and sales teams with product knowledge.Work with Creative Teams to identify seasonal brand messaging.Create a team defined by rich talent and strong succession plans.Develop effective relationships with all Beyond Yoga, LS&Co. partners.About YouAn exceptional leader with outstanding team building, communication and collaboration skills.An accountable and results-oriented businessperson with an affinity for design.Solid project management, analytical, presentation and communication skills.Fiscally responsible; ability to manage within tight budgets.An out-of-the-box thinker who is innovative and challenges the status quo.Nimble, problem solving oriented thinker focused on growth mindset.Effective Influencer with the ability to lead effectively in a global organization.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or business degree a plus.12+ years of experience in active design and product development with at least 8 years of senior leadership experience.Demonstrated proficiency managing multiple fast-paced, complex projects simultaneously.The expected starting salary range for this role is $168,000 - $257,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.Levi Strauss & Co.
