The Denver office of SmithGroup is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

Working with us, you will:Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, alumni associations, and professional organizations to build a diverse talent pool.Source diverse engineering candidates for mid- to senior-level openings through professional organizations, alumni associations, networking, and social media campaigns.Develop a strong understanding of the A/E industry; stay up to date on best practices for recruiting in our disciplines and markets.Routinely communicate and update the Human Resources staff and hiring managers regarding the recruiting process, potential candidates, the diversity of the candidate pool, etc.Manage the recruiting process for multiple disciplines and markets; maintain documentation of the candidate database through the applicant tracking system (ATS).Partner with management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate selection criteria.Actively participate in recruiting events (career fairs, networking events, etc.); leverage participation of current staff and members of the HR team to attract high-quality, diverse talent to the firm.Track and report key metrics designed to measure recruiting efforts, forecast needs, and leverage best practices.Foster a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion; mitigate unconscious bias in the recruiting, interviewing, and selection process.Assist with HR initiatives and special projects as needed.

An ideal candidate has:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of related work experience, with a proven track record of recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals for multiple sites and disciplines. Knowledge of A/E industry preferred.Experience in sourcing and mapping resumes from all sources, including social network and recruiting platforms; working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.Ability to work within a diverse team, leading multi-disciplinary recruiting efforts.Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills, and team-based project experience.Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally to maximize effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Strong interest in active and passive candidate sourcing techniques.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to manage multiple job requisitions and candidate pools.Ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events.

SmithGroup offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package. The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $113,000 annually, at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for this position. Additionally, an employee in this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus on an annual basis. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We offer 3 weeks of paid time off within the first year of employment, with the option of purchasing additional time off, 8 paid federal holidays, and parental leave benefits.
