Design, develop and support projects throughout all phases of the software development life cycle.Participate in all aspects of the product development life cycle including requirement/design reviews as well as code reviews.Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.Identify project risks and work effectively to mitigate them.Ship new features that businesses and customers are asking for.Help customers succeed with integration support.Find and help fix stability/scalability issues in a very time-critical environment.Experience with LLMs, or willing to learn new LLM techniques from the team quickly.Independently come up with solutions and execute them.Is hyper-communicative.Has experience with early-stage startups.What you'll need:
Strong programming background — 3+ years of experience shipping features or products as a full-stack web developer.Motivated to work on the highest priority feature no matter where in the stack.Passionate about software engineering best practices such as unit testing, code review, design documentation.Enthusiastic about implementing and improving on product design, strong frontend skills.Excellent English proficiency.We Offer:
