We are seeking a highly motivated Founding Engineer to join our innovative team and join us on our mission to improve healthcare by accelerating the clinical trials process. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core features of our software, improving the engineering work, and ensuring seamless integration of our solutions for biotech companies conducting clinical trials. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and contribute significantly to the success of a fast-growing startup within the pharmaceutical industry.Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO (technical) to define product roadmap, prioritize features, and set technical direction.Design, develop, and maintain the core architecture of the Miracle platform, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources from biotech/pharmaceutical company software tools.Work closely with customers to truly understand the end user pain points and build features that deliver value.Mentor and guide future hires as the engineering team grows, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.Actively participate in product and technical discussions, and provide strategic input on company growth and direction.Requirements
At least 3 years of industry experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the healthcare space or a related field.Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, Node.js, and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.About Miracle
