As an engineer in an early-stage company, you have the opportunity to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and contribute to bringing new treatments to patients more quickly.Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the founding team to build and launch new web applications essential to improving clinical trials.Engage with customers to understand their pain points from an end user perspective, provide top-notch support (this is how we learn their needs), and build something that people want.Participate actively in product and technical discussions, offering strategic insights to shape the company's growth and direction.Requirements
2+ years of experience in software development, preferably at an early-stage startup.Industry experience in a software engineering role preferred. Ideally in healthcare or a related field.Proficiency in systems programming and building web-based applications.Experience with cloud computing platforms on AWS or similar cloud platforms.Experience with creating prototypes and iterating on rapid experiments.Ability to work through ambiguities and adapt to new requirements and changes.What We Offer
