Founding Full-Stack Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and success of products critical to enhancing clinical trial processes, contributing significantly to bringing new treatments to patients more quickly.Responsibilities
Develop and Innovate : Work closely with customers to enhance our data ingestion pipelines and data orchestration layers, integrating multiple clinical trial data sources to extract actionable insights that optimize clinical trial management.Customer Engagement : Directly engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional support, and create solutions that genuinely address their pain points.Strategic Influence : Actively participate in product and technical discussions, offering insights that influence the company's strategic direction.Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of software development experience, ideally within an early-stage startup environment.Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure and deployment, capable of quickly deploying full-stack applications.Demonstrated ability to develop prototypes and iterate based on user feedback.Commitment to working from our San Francisco office.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and proactively ask questions to understand user requirements.Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or a related field is highly advantageous.What We Offer
Competitive Compensation : Salary range of $140,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
