The startup was founded by two female entrepreneurs, graduated from Y Combinator (2018 batch), and has raised a 4 million seed round. We are at the beginning of an exciting growth phase where we have already developed product-market fit, a working platform, and hundreds of daily active users.Opportunity
In addition to the following technical skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset. As one of the early engineers at BlueCargo, you will be responsible for setting up the overall architecture, team culture and in general a big influence on the tech direction. Our motto is freedom with responsibility. As a BlueCargo engineer, you should be able to lead features, build robust software and think end to end about distributed systems.Our Current Tech

Past experience(s) building full-stack applications (in a professional context)Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWSVery comfortable with Postgres or other relational databaseExperience in data sourcing technologies (external APIs, web-scraping, EDI files, etc.) and building data management platformsAutonomous in your work, proactive while working with cross-functional teams to build creative solutionsPreferably with prior experience in a high-velocity startup environmentEither living in Los Angeles or willing to relocate to LAClassification
