We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who is passionate about helping customers create and do amazing things with modern technology. This highly driven and collaborative person will act as a key technical decision maker and mentor for an Agile team, leading the design of complex cross-functional solutions for other on-and-offshore Agile teams.Responsibilities:Leading a team of 2 UX Designers.Acting in a lead capacity when funneling work between 9 different Agile development teams.Providing mentoring and guidance to developers.Setting team strategy and direction; representing team to senior management and clients.Developing innovative multi-team solutions to complex problems.Demonstrating broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction.Participating as a member of, and leading, cross-functional development teams.Leading design of complex cross-functional solutions for others to develop.Designing, preparing, and executing unit tests.Applying company and 3rd party technologies to highly complex software solutions.Independently implementing end-user or enterprise solutions of significant complexity.Consulting with leadership team, team members, clients, and vendors on complex issues.Qualifications:10+ years experience writing code using .NET and languages such as C# and VB.Net.Advanced understanding of RDBMS databases such as SQL Server.Experience on multiple full release software development project life cycles.Advanced understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management).Advanced understanding of testing tools and methodologies.Advanced experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio).Strong understanding of basic Database Administration.Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.Ability to act as a lead and mentor for Agile teams.Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.Knowledge of the following Technology Stack: Kendo UI, Angular, PowerBI, .NET Core, Azure Service Bus, Azure LogicApp, Azure Functions, MS SQL Server, REST API, Entity Framework.
