GridIron IT is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer local to Washington, DC.
Must have active TS (SCI Eligible) Clearance.
A Full Stack Developer will support our federal client’s mission to accelerate discovery and delivery of identity and network-based intelligence to counter national security threat actors by adopting and applying advanced exploitation methods, emerging technologies, and sound tradecraft. The appropriate candidate is required to have strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, implementation, and testing of customer tools and applications. Based in Development-Security-Operations framework, the candidate will participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, and unit testing. AWS development experience is not required but highly desired.
DutiesOrganize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projectsDisplays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issuesDisplays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutionsParticipate in the development and maintenance of customer’s custom applicationsProvide top-level technical services to include, but are not limited to, agile development, system engineering, and software developmentActively contribute to mission capabilities development and deployment to address emerging requirementsPerform in all three areas of development, integration, and production deploymentConduct technical research on software development tasks including automation prototyping and tool development
