Team lead for federal HR technology transformation project. Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself. Apply human centered design and employee-centric principles to the future state and/or business solution, identify customer requirements, help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation.Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed solution.Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective workforce planning deliverables.Review deliverables to ensure that the quality standards as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative human capital strategies into the solution.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign or 8 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign.Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Experience creating and delivering Power Point presentations.Desired Qualifications:

Ability to work independently on client deliverables and meet client deadlines and quality standards.Ability to collaborate across a large team and engage effectively with external stakeholders.Outstanding written communication skills as demonstrated across a variety of written products (e.g., reports, memos, briefing papers, talking points).Strong verbal communication skills.Experience in survey design and analysis.Experience providing training support to an ERP deployment.Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.Experience in program and project management.Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below:California:

$117,000 - $214,300Colorado:

$117,000 - $185,200New York:

$108,500 - $214,300Washington State:
