You will be responsible for ensuring we are building performant and reliable software that delights and supports our customers.ResponsibilitiesTest and certify our web-based operational dashboards, electronic procedure tools, and suite of specialized software solutions to support various space missionsBuild manual and automated testsOrganize and run recurring regression, security, design, and accessibility testingJoin and actively participate in customer discovery calls and technical demonstrationsAnalyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of software systemsOversee software QA and user testingSign off on new releases and deploymentsAssess third-party and open source software and develop integrationsContribute to the growth and refinement of our engineering culture, processes, and toolsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree3+ years software quality assurance experiencePassion for efficiency toolsExcitement around our industry (Spacecraft, Launch Vehicles, Transportation, etc.)Good communicator with outstanding oral and written communication skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Self-starter and able to navigate ambiguity and assess rapidly evolving prioritiesStrong team player with great communication skills and collaborative work ethicLove of learning (technical and otherwise)US Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency - must be located in United States (future security clearance may be required)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent1+ years in a technical quality roleExperience developing test and quality assurance automation softwareExperience with Automation Frameworks/Testing, Integration Testing, Continuous Integration, and Test DesignDeep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debuggingPassionate about tooling with strong communication and collaboration skillsExperience in fast-growing tech startups is a plusAbout Epsilon3
