We are pioneering an AI-as-a-service platform that enables the healthcare industry to deploy AI-powered software workers to automate and improve their core business operations. We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our platform engineering team. This group is responsible for our end-to-end platform, which includes innovating on our customer-focused web application and advancing our developer suite. These tools enable a community of developers across the globe to create unique AI Worker use cases, contributing to a more robust and powerful offering for our customers. As one of our earliest engineering hires, you'll be excited to ship code in the first 48 hours with us. You'll scope, build, and deploy major product releases and milestones with little oversight.Our AI meaningfully improves how clients are able to do actual work that people used to do manually; as you launch new abilities, it's akin to unleashing a massive workforce on ML, AI, and OCR centric problems.Be the foundation of our Full Stack team and how we collaborate with product and marketing to empower our customers with insights and takeaways from an AI powered workforce.Quickly pick up new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.3+ years of full-stack engineering experience (preferably with expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js), with:Experience in a collaborative engineering team.Experience contributing to front-end applications, with an instinct for good product design.Experience with back-end with well-documented APIs.Unit testing in Jest or similar.Deployment, performance tuning, monitoring, and logging.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exceptional programming skill, rapidly turning tickets into functionality with an eye for high-quality code and documentation.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Requirements
MUST HAVEEnthusiasm to work remote+hybrid from the SF office Tuesday and Thursday.B2B experience in early (sub-50 employee) to hyper growth startups within the last 5 years of your career (the more recent the better).Deep interest in AI (not required to have AI experience but that is a big plus).
