This role is suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and who is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.Why join us?Awesome, stable firmAmazing benefitsSupportive staffAwesome mentorshipExcellent leadershipRoom for professional growthJob DetailsAs a Supervising Attorney - L&E, you will:Supervise and mentor a team of attorneys and junior legal staff, providing guidance and support in all aspects of Labor & Employment law.Oversee the management of Plaintiff Cases, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with our firm's high standards.Lead Class Action lawsuits, coordinating all aspects from initial filing through to resolution.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our clients' objectives.Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence to achieve successful outcomes.Stay updated with the latest developments in Labor & Employment law, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of the industry.Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment within the legal team.Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards.QualificationsA Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.A minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Employment law, with a focus on Plaintiff Cases and Class Action matters.Proven supervisory experience in a legal setting, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes.An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
