Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from any location while being part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. This role will focus primarily on trust and estate law, providing comprehensive legal advice to our Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in trust and estate law.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice and support to UHNWI clients on complex trust and estate matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents related to trust and estate law, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate plans.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases and legal proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys and partners to develop strategies for cases and client matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to trust and estate law, and apply this knowledge to client cases and legal advice.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.Work closely with junior attorneys and staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on trust and estate law.Proven experience working with UHNWI clients.Exceptional legal research and writing skills.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.Join us in this exciting opportunity to provide top-tier legal services to our clients while enjoying the flexibility and benefits of a remote work environment.
