We’re currently seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney with a modest book of business who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities include:
Expertise in federal and state tax laws, estate tax principles, and trust administration.
Drafting wills, trusts, shareholder agreements, and other essential estate planning documents.
Handling estate and trust administration matters, tax returns, and procedural or disputed issues.
Negotiating, drafting, and analyzing legal documents related to Trust and Estate Law.
Representing clients in court and providing compassionate guidance during challenging times.
Managing and delegating work to a paralegal.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in good standing.
Over 5 years of experience in Trust and Estate Law.
Trial experience and strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
A portable book of business valued at approximately $150,000.
