A law firm seeks an experienced Trust Administration and Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join its Pasadena, CA office. Conduct client intake and consultations for trust and estate administration and estate planning.Draft estate planning documents and oversee the legal processes involved.Manage probate matters from initial intake through final petition and order.Handle trust administration tasks from intake through trustee release.Maintain ongoing client communication, ensuring clarity and support throughout the legal process.Represent clients in court for estate-related hearings, either in-person or remotely.Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda as needed.Assist senior attorneys on more complex cases as required.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration and estate planning.Specific knowledge of California trust administration is preferred.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Excellent client interaction skills, with a focus on communication and support.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership with the California State Bar.Skills:
Proficiency in managing probate and trust administration processes.Expertise in drafting estate planning documents for both routine and complex cases.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.Ability to conduct thorough legal research and prepare supporting documents.Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Location:
