Fast-paced digital marketing agency currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to add to our growing recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing recruitment support for all openings across our digital marketing services.Essential Job Functions:
Managing full-life cycle recruiting processes through job postings, screening candidates, and interviewing potential hires.Processing candidates in applicant tracking system on a daily basis.Working directly with candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managers.Ensuring smooth onboarding process by coordinating with account managers and benefits coordinator.Maintaining and updating recruiting materials and offer packets.Compile data and draft recruiting reports on a weekly basis.Requirements:
Prior experience in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environment.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.Who we are:
