Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Mass Tort cases from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to Mass Tort litigation
Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
Collaborate with our team of Attorneys and legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
Participate in firm-wide initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
Active California State Bar membership
7+ years of experience in Mass Tort litigation
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of complex cases
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
