Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Accounting Recruiter to join our team. As an Accounting Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top-tier accounting professionals for senior-level and executive positions within various industries. You must have a strong understanding of the accounting and finance sector, with a network of contacts to draw upon. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to identify talent and opportunities that align with our clients’ business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a network of candidates and manage ongoing professional relationships.

Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for client companies.

Utilize various recruiting techniques and tools to source candidates, including social media, networking events, and databases.

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

Provide consultation to clients regarding market conditions, compensation levels, and job descriptions.

Perform detailed reference checks and manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

Collaborate with the executive search team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax regulations and best practices.

Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience in accounting or finance sector.

Proven track record of successful placements in accounting and finance roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.

Strong understanding of employment law and hiring practices.

Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.

Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Book of business would be great, but not required.

Compensation:

Base salary $70K-$90K + commissions.
