We’re looking for an experienced product leader to build platforms, tools and products that will keep our community safe. You will work on identifying and preventing trust & safety risks on our platform, and informing our platform policies. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams including product, engineering, operations, policy, analytics, and legal.Drive the product roadmap, product strategy and roadmap executionDefine product requirements & work with engineering, design and broader team to bring our roadmap to market at lightning speedClearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams and stakeholdersEnsure the engineering team is operating effectively, unblock them and make sure they can move at a rapid paceTake ownership of any major blocker to the company’s successDrive strategic initiatives across the company as neededYou
5+ years product management experience, at a technology company1+ years of experience in trust and safety, and risk management rolesAbility to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify trade-offs, and make decisions with limited information in high-pressure situationsProven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret dataExperienced in design, and hypothesis driven product developmentEntrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative fast-paced environmentNice to Have
