DescriptionSenior Portfolio Accountant - pays $95K/yearWhat's In It For YouIn the office 3 days a week and remote 2 daysTons of growth within the departmentGood work environment and cultureEssential FunctionsCollaborates regularly with third-party property managers to ensure that monthly property financials are accurately and timely prepared.Propose monthly journal entries, related to property-level accounting.Review the financial performance of the property versus budget.Participate in discussions and identifies reporting concerns with Asset Manager/Property Manager about property operations, leasing, financial results, etc.Oversee the debt compliance reporting at the property and monitor the loan reserve balances and draws on a constant basis.QualificationsBachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting; CPA is preferred.2+ years of experience in public accounting preferred with portfolio accounting progression.Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial analysis skills.Solid oral and written communication skills.Experience with Yardi Voyager and Advanced Budget Forecasting (ABF).
