In this role, you will act as the main interface between technology and a specific business/functional area. Incumbents help define business requirements, build application and process specifications, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure that work is prioritized by business value and in alignment with the overarching business and technical strategies. You may have dual reporting relationship to technology and to business/functional unit management. Incumbents may be involved in the writing of technical materials/documentation.You demonstrate knowledge of product/flows within the domain supported.You articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions.Your decisions show a focus on current and future business priorities, together with fiscal responsibility.Sr Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master

Leads all aspects of diverse technology projects, products, or programs. Typically involves multiple disciplines within the IT/Software function. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues so that the product, or program goals and requirements are met. At senior levels may employ scrum master techniques in Agile development practices.Demonstrates technical expertise to direct and provide guidance for a wide array of activities associated with planning and leading complex technology projects. Complete projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.Supports work for more complex projects or a small technology program that is composed of several projects.You will manage and oversee project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation and turnover to production for technology projects of low to medium complexity.Experience leveraging agile methodology and facilitating small to large-scale multi-discipline efforts across people processes and technology. Ability to work in an Agile framework and potentially perform Scrum Master responsibilities.Work Flexibility
