About The Role

Persona is looking for a senior sales professional who sets ambitious personal goals with a consistent and repeatable process. This role will be responsible for defining and executing on sales plays that attract the largest global companies to the Persona platform. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise, the right person can work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple verticals. In addition to managing the full sales cycle, you will have a significant opportunity to shape our GTM processes.

What You'll Achieve

You’ll drive new Enterprise customer acquisition through an efficient and consultative approach.Play a leading role in optimizing the GTM sales motion and setting the gold standard for supporting prospects throughout their journey.Differentiate and delight customers with creative presentations and world-class interpersonal and communication skills that make contractual and technical details sound simple.Define territory and account strategies that enable sales predictability in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Exec Sponsors.Pilot and optimize sales playbooks that scale across Persona, globally.

What You'll Bring To Persona

8+ years of B2B SaaS quota carrying experience (technical audience experience a plus).Familiarity across the entire customer acquisition cycle from lead to close.Experience solving problems with minimal guidance and supervision and proactively identifying new ways to improve productivity and efficiency.Passion for being with customers, telling their stories, expanding relationships and doing so in a strategic manner.Experience supporting some of the largest Tech, Finance, Automotive, etc global customers.Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance and supervision and proactively identify new ways to improve productivity and efficiency.Continually pursue professional and personal growth, able to receive and act on feedback - as well as give constructive feedback.Exceptional communication skills, able to express ideas and information clearly and explain ideas logically.Ability to prioritize sales cycles of varying lengths and depths, convey a clear position on the opportunities in your pipeline and organize/rally a supporting team behind your efforts.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, easily building rapport and establishing relationships with both customers and colleagues.Ability to learn a technical product and deliver its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong SFDC, Apollo, Notion, Slack, GDocs skills.Security and/or platform sales experience a plus.

Compensation & Equity

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $150,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
