Prepare timely financial statements adhering to GAAPConduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee end-to-end accounting processes for propertiesMaintain fixed asset records and reconcile bank statementsReview lease agreements for accurate recording of income and expensesManage rent billing, collection, and ensure lease complianceCollaborate on annual property budgets and forecastsMonitor budget performance and analyze variancesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and industry standardsSupport internal and external auditsIdentify opportunities for process streamlining and automationCollaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experienceProficiency in property management software and advanced MS Excel
Contract-to-Hire Structure:Successful candidates will start on a contract basis with potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
