What You'll Do

Lead the process of implementation of new and existing partners into the IMA ecosystem in terms of Accounting & Finance, including project management of systems, GL codes, reporting and basic integration.Contribute to the corporate annual budget process and provide periodic forecasting as needed.Execute partner-related reports with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy.Perform project/initiative, business case, and ad hoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Provide insight and recommendations independently.Lead merger and acquisition diligence and internal modeling structure providing insight and recommendations to facilitate evaluation of acquisition prospects for partners handled internally.Create and execute models to analyze partner profitability and adherence to expectations.Manage relationships with senior business executives across the organization to include the discovery and development of relevant, meaningful reporting and analysis.Ensure data integrity and consistency program and structure.Lead systems analysis/projects, including being integral to implementation of all systems integrations across the accounting & finance group as a project manager for both partners and internal stakeholders.Key stakeholder in finance-related partner integration efforts through leading integration activity across the department.Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values.Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.You Should Have

Bachelor’s Degree required with a desire for FP&A related certifications if not already achieved.Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience in a Senior Financial Analyst capacity or related experience.Systems skills – Applied Epic, SAP Concur, Adaptive Insights.Experience with MS Office products preferred, specifically Outlook, Word, and expert-level Excel proficiency.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Able and willing to work a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week onsite.Salary Range
